Pasta Toast

The perfect pasta toast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Onion
  • 50 g Salami IA fine
  • 100 g Spaghetti, pre-cooked
  • 5 Pc. Black olives
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 tsp Oregano
  • 0,5 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • 60 g Grated Emmental
  • 4 Discs Toast
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel and finely dice the onion, dice the salami and cut the olives into strips. Slice the pasta twice. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion, salami and noodles in it. Mix the olives, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oregano into the pasta, then fold in the olive slices, parsley and halves of the cheese. Toast the bread slices, place them on a baking sheet and spread the pasta mixture on top. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Place the slices of toast under the preheated grill for 4-5 minutes. Bake and serve hot.
