Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g pasta, of your choice
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, to taste
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 gr. can/n tuna, natural
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, natural or herb
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • some vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Parsley
  • arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Simple and fast

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside. You can also use pasta from the day before. Wash and roughly dice the zucchini, finely chop the onion. Deseed and finely dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the mozzarella. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the zucchini, add the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly, then deglaze with a little stock. Stir in the cream cheese. Fold in the tomatoes and tuna, heat briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, fold in the pasta and mozzarella and season with the herbs.
