Pasta Verdure

The perfect pasta verdure recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 2 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1,5 Pc. Red onions
  • 1 Pc. Red pepper – big
  • 2 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 0,75 packet Sieved tomatos
  • 1 packet Chunky tomatoes with basil
  • Salt, pepper, sugar and vegeta
  • Olive oil for the pan
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the onions into thin, half rings. Cut the garlic into slices and chop lightly. Wash the zucchini, quarter and cut into small pieces. Wash, core and cut the peppers into small pieces.
  3. Let some olive oil get hot in a large pan. I took a wok pan, everything fit in there. First lightly fry the onions and the garlic. Then add the zucchini and peppers and fry for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  4. Then put about 350-400ml tomato strains and the packet of chunky tomatoes + basil also in the pan. Before draining the pasta, collect some cooking water and add to the sauce.
  5. Finally, fold the pasta into the sauce and season everything vigorously! Simply taste to your own taste! ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!
