Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), diced
- some butter
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 100 g peas
- 2 carrots, finely diced
- salt and pepper
- some chili
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 220 g pasta (shell pasta)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Add the butter to a pan and fry the diced onion and garlic. Add the bacon and fry briefly. Add the peas and finely diced carrots to the pan and season. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. If the sauce is a bit dry, add a little of the pasta water. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mix everything together. Serve on plates and sprinkle with a little chili powder.
