Pasta with bacon pesto sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 190 g red pesto (dried tomato & basil)
  • 250 g bacon cubes
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • little fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super fast, super tasty

Cook the pasta as usual according to the package instructions. Then drain. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onion and bacon in very little fat. Then add the pesto and let it simmer for a while. You don’t need much of the sauce, as it has a very intense flavor. Serve with the pasta. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
