Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced turkey
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 carrots
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 150 ml chicken stock
- a few stalks of parsley
- pinch(s) salt and pepper
- Sugar

with minced turkey
If you’re in a hurry: Peel and finely dice the garlic, onions, and carrots, then fry them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Remove from the pan and fry the turkey mince in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the tomatoes and paprika and roast for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in the chicken stock and passata. Add the vegetables and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and, if desired, a pinch of sugar. Cook the pasta until al dente, divide it between plates, serve with the Bolognese, garnish with some chopped parsley, and enjoy.
