Pasta with broccoli and nut cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spirals)
  • 300 g broccoli, frozen
  • 250 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 70 g walnuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Thaw frozen broccoli in a large pot with 150 ml of water, covered, for about 10 minutes. Then roughly chop the broccoli florets with a knife and stir in the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand briefly, adding a little more water if necessary. Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the broccoli cream and mix. Serve the pasta in the broccoli cream sprinkled with the chopped walnuts.
