Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g cheese (Handkäse, Harzer)
- 150 g cream cheese spread
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda

Franconian cooked cheese
Cut the margarine and Handkäse into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl with the processed cheese and condensed milk. Place the bowl in the microwave at 600W for 5-6 minutes, until the Handkäse has melted. Then, whisk the cream until smooth and add the sour cream, caraway seeds, and baking soda. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, let the Handkäse stand for a while to allow it to expand slightly.
