Tortellini alla Panna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 400 ml cream
  • 400 g processed cheese (smear cheese, cream cheese)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Finely chop the ham and fry it in a little butter. Add the cream and melted cheese and bring to a boil. Stir in the cooked tortellini and season the sauce with salt, pepper, paprika, and nutmeg. Bring back to a boil and serve.
