Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta of your choice
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp margarine or 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
- e.g. mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel and grate the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion, and sauté it briefly in hot margarine or oil. Stir in the grated carrots and sauté a little longer. Once the carrots have cooled, stir in the yogurt, salt, and mint. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a platter. Carefully stir in the carrot sauce. Serve hot.
