delicious, quick and easy

Cook the pasta, ideally until al dente. Rinse the chard thoroughly with cold water and separate into individual leaves. Chop the leaves into small pieces. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in melted butter until translucent. Then add the chard and the vegetable stock. Simmer gently for about 5-10 minutes over low heat. Now puree everything into a sauce and stir in the crème fraîche. Do not let it boil any further! Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finely dice the tomatoes and feta and either add them to the sauce straight away or scatter them on the plate served with pasta and sauce.
