Pasta with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • pepper
  • 60 g Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and keep warm in the pot. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over low heat, stir in the Parmesan and cream, and let the sauce thicken slightly. Add the parsley, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Serve with grated Parmesan.
