Leaf salad with dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 heads of Lollo Rosso, Batavia or oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the stalks and cut into 2 cm strips, wash thoroughly, and drain. Dressing: Mix the whipped cream with the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and serve with the salad.
