Pasta with chicken, bacon, tomatoes and parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g bacon slices
  • 4 chicken breast fillet(s), finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • n. B. Spice mix, Italian
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 cups leaf spinach
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 500 ml cream
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 500g penne

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, quick and super tasty

Brown the bacon slices in a pan and set aside on kitchen paper. In the same pan, brown the finely chopped chicken breast along with the garlic cloves. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the pasta is tender. The pasta should have absorbed the liquid by the end (there shouldn’t be much sauce). Cut the bacon into strips and arrange them on the prepared plates for serving.
