Pasta with crab and garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g shrimp(s)
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese as required and choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and then drain. Meanwhile, finely dice the garlic and quarter the tomatoes. Heat the oil, sauté the garlic in the oil until translucent, then add the shrimp and sauté for about 5 minutes. Briefly heat the tomatoes in the garlic oil. Mix with the pasta and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Garnish with grated cheese at the table, if desired.
