Pasta with crab, salmon and spinach sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 can crabs, small
  • 200 g salmon (preferably smoked)
  • 200 g spinach (spiced spinach)
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • possibly Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle, etc.) in salted water until al dente. Briefly sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the shrimp and the finely chopped salmon. Also add the spinach (frozen if frozen). Season to taste. Add the pasta to the pan and stir well. Divide among plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if desired).
