Pasta with cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 g Parmesan, grated
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the garlic, cream, and vegetable stock in a pan, then add the uncooked pasta and cook until tender but still firm to the bite. Add a little more water if needed. When the pasta is al dente, stir in the crème fraîche and simmer slightly. Then stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
