Pasta with Croissant Noodles

The perfect pasta with croissant noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Croissant noodles
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 100 g Chinese cabbage leaf hearts
  • 100 g Leek
  • 75 g 2 Möhren
  • 75 g 1 Zwiebel
  • 10 g 1 rote Chilischote
  • 5 g 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  1. Cook the croissants in salted water (1 teaspoon) with ground turmeric (1 teaspoon) according to the instructions on the package and pour them through a kitchen sieve. First cut the Chinese cabbage leaf hearts into strips and then into small cubes. Clean and wash the leek, halve lengthways and cut into rings / strips. Clean the carrots, first cut into slices, then into strips and finally into small cubes. Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Peel and dice the garlic clove. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the minced beef in it until crumbly and remove. Add the vegetables (onion cubes + garlic clove cubes + chilli pepper cubes and carrot cubes + Chinese cabbage leaf hearts cubes + leek rings) and sauté / stir fry. Add tomato paste (4 tbsp) and stir-fry / stir-fry. Add the crumbly fried minced beef and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) and sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp). Let everything simmer for a few more minutes, stirring every now and then. Finally add / fold in the cream (2 tbsp). Divide pasta with croissant noodles on 2 plates and serve.
