Pasta with fresh herbs and cottage cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 250 g cottage cheese, low-fat (also called grainy cream cheese)
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat, coarsely chopped
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Very healthy, especially for the heart and circulation

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain. Heat the oil in a pot, add the pasta, and toss to coat. Add the remaining ingredients, reserving some parsley for garnish. Mix everything well. If you like, you can serve it with a large mixed salad. It’s also very good for your heart!
