Pasta with Garlic Sausage and Scrambled Eggs

- 500 g Pasta
- 500 g Garlic meat sausage
- 2 Onions
- 5 Tomatoes
- 5 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Chives frozen
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Sunflower oil
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain in a sieve.
- Peel the onions and fry them in the oil in a large pan until translucent, dice the sausage and tomatoes and add them to the oil or onions, add the noodles and chives, all with salt, pepper and chili powder season and sauté.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk, place in the pasta pan, let set while stirring and serve.
