Pasta with Garlic Sausage in Tomato Sauce

- 250 g Pasta
- 3 Garlic sausages
- 2 Red Pointed peppers
- 1 Onion
- 100 ml. Vegetable broth
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Dried basil
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water al dente.
- Peel and dice the onion, clean and dice the peppers and sauté everything in the oil until translucent.
- Cut the garlic sausages into slices, add to the onion and peppers, sauté briefly and deglaze with the vegetable stock and the pizza tomatoes.
- Stir in the tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the herbs, bring to the boil again briefly and let it steep for 5 minutes over a low heat.
- Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on a plate, baste with the tomato sausage sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
