Pasta with Garlic Sausage in Tomato Sauce

The perfect pasta with garlic sausage in tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 3 Garlic sausages
  • 2 Red Pointed peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 ml. Vegetable broth
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried basil
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente.
  2. Peel and dice the onion, clean and dice the peppers and sauté everything in the oil until translucent.
  3. Cut the garlic sausages into slices, add to the onion and peppers, sauté briefly and deglaze with the vegetable stock and the pizza tomatoes.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the herbs, bring to the boil again briefly and let it steep for 5 minutes over a low heat.
  5. Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on a plate, baste with the tomato sausage sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
