Pasta with Ham, Spinach and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 250 g Cooked ham
  • 250 g Spinach Tk
  • 150 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • Dried basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Peel the onion and garlic, dice them finely and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the spinach and diced ham, season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg, deglaze with the cream and simmer over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the goat cheese with the basil,
  • Drain the pasta, mix with the ham and spinach sauce, fold in the feta cheese, let it heat up again briefly and serve.
