Pasta with kohlrabi vegetable sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (cups)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 6 baby corn
  • 170 g mushrooms
  • 200 g kohlrabi
  • 500 ml tomato(s), chopped
  • 110 g Ajvar, mild
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Chop the vegetables and mushrooms and sauté them in a little oil in a pan. Deglaze with ajvar and tomato pieces. Stir well, bring to a boil, season to taste, and simmer briefly. Serve the vegetable sauce with the pasta.
