Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
- 200 g cream
- 1 lemon(s)
- ½ pack of basil (frozen)
- Sauce thickener, light
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water. Combine cream, lemon juice, and basil and bring to a boil. Thicken slightly and season to taste (you can use a nice, acidic sauce). Mix pasta and sauce and serve. Serve with a green salad.
