Pasta with melted cheese and smoked salmon sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Salt
  • 80 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g processed cheese (light cheese is also possible)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 30 g smoked salmon
  • n. B. Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Peel and finely dice the carrot. Peel and finely dice the spring onions. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the diced carrots. Then pour in the broth and reduce slightly. Add the spring onions, cream cheese, and sour cream and bring back to a boil. Then add the finely chopped smoked salmon and heat through. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
