Salmon horseradish sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tagliatelle
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, from the jar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • pepper
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon) cut into strips
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

to tagliatelle, not exactly low in calories, quick to prepare and delicious

Cook the pasta. Combine the cream and crème fraîche, heat, and reduce slightly. Season with horseradish and lemon juice, and season with pepper. Add the smoked salmon strips and heat briefly in the sauce. Carefully fold in the egg cubes and serve with the cooked tagliatelle.
