Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Roughly dice the onions, halve the mushrooms and cut into strips. Dice the ham slices. First, sauté the onions, then add the mushrooms and then the ham. Deglaze everything with sparkling wine or white wine. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the condensed milk. Add the spices and Parmesan cheese, and season well. Finally, add the chopped parsley (along with the milk if using dried parsley). Divide the pasta among plates or place in a bowl, and finally pour the sauce over it.
