Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 half vegetable onion(s)
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 500 g pasta
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cream
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 cube of stock or 1.5 tsp homemade vegetable paste
  • some white wine, optional
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 3 basil leaves, optional
  • 1 tsp pesto, green, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, peel and dice the onion. Then, clean the mushrooms, remove the lower parts of the stems, and slice them into slices about 2-3 mm thick. Sauté the onion briefly and add the ham cubes. Next, add the pasta to boiling, salted water for about 8-12 minutes, depending on your taste. Once the onions and ham cubes are lightly browned, add the mushrooms. Lightly brown them, then add the tomato paste and fry. Deglaze with a splash of wine and add the cream. The sauce should now be orange-red, so add the stock cube and stir in. Depending on your taste, you can add salt and pepper, a teaspoon of pesto, or tear up a few basil leaves and add them.
