Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 handful of lettuce (Parisian salad mix of endive, frisée, radicchio)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s)
- Water or milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp, heaped coriander
- 1 tbsp mint, dried
Instructions

Paprika, apple, orange, horseradish, mint, coriander, pepper, salt
Put the lettuce in the blender. Halve the avocado lengthwise with a knife, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh from the skin with a tablespoon and add to the blender. Cut open the green pepper, clean the inside, cut into large pieces, and add to the blender. Fill the bowl with liquid, milk or water if you like, at least up to the 500 ml mark. Run the blender on speed 3-4 for 1 minute. Remove the stem, core, and blossom from the apple, cut into wedges, and add to the blender. Peel the orange, removing any pips, and add to the blender. Add the salt, pepper, mint, horseradish, and coriander to the blender and run again on speed 3-4 for about 1 minute. Makes about 1 liter of delicious smoothie.
