Pasta with mushrooms and bacon rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 100 g bacon, cut into strips
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • some fat for frying
  • 3 spring onions
  • 100 g sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, crushed
  • Cayenne pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the mushrooms and bacon. Roll the bacon strips into small rolls and fry them in a pan. It’s best to fry them upright first so they don’t collapse. Remove the rolls from the pan and set aside. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Then fry them in a pan with some fat. Finely chop the spring onions and, just before the mushrooms are done, add them to the tomatoes and toss briefly. Then add the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Next, mix in the cooked pasta. Add the bacon rolls again briefly to warm them through. Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pasta on the plate.
