Pasta with Mushrooms and Broccoli

The perfect pasta with mushrooms and broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Broccoli frozen
  • Salt
  • 200 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Chives rolls as required
  • 120 g Pasta various leftovers
  • Butter flavored oil
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth from broccoli
  • Sauce thickener light as required
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Briefly cook the broccoli in 1/4 L salted water, 5-8 minutes, it should still be bite. Then drain and collect the vegetable water for the sauce.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the onion and garlic and cut both into fine cubes. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry in it. If you like, you can also add some chives to the mushrooms. Deglaze with about 1/4 L vegetable water, bring to the boil and add a little sauce thickener if necessary. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Now add the broccoli to the sauce and heat it again briefly. Drain the pasta and arrange on plates. Pour the broccoli and mushroom sauce over it. Sprinkle with Parmesan and chives rolls.
