Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta of your choice
- 10 cm leek
- 8 small mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g cream cheese (plain or with herbs)
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, briefly fry the thinly sliced leek in olive oil until browned, then add the sliced mushrooms and fry for two minutes. Add the cream cheese, herbs, and lemon juice and reduce the heat to low. Depending on the type of cream cheese, add a splash of water (some don’t melt as well). Heat everything through, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the pasta. Serve immediately!
