  • 100 g pasta of your choice
  • 10 cm leek
  • 8 small mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g cream cheese (plain or with herbs)
  • 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, briefly fry the thinly sliced ​​leek in olive oil until browned, then add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry for two minutes. Add the cream cheese, herbs, and lemon juice and reduce the heat to low. Depending on the type of cream cheese, add a splash of water (some don’t melt as well). Heat everything through, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the pasta. Serve immediately!
