Ingredients
- 200 g Dry tagliatelle
- 250 g Oyster mushrooms
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 50 g Bacon
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Light sauce thickener
- 2 tbsp Sour cream 10% fat
- Pepper salt
- 0,5 tsp Marjoram
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Dice the garlic and bacon. Leave the bacon cubes in a pan. Add the garlic cubes and the oyster mushrooms and fry them. Deglaze with the broth, stir in the sauce thickener and simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the ribbon noodles in salted water. Stir sour cream into the mushroom pan, season with pepper, salt and marjoram and season to taste. Arrange the oyster mushroom sauce with the ribbon noodles on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
