- 1 Chicken breast
- 7 Parasol mushrooms or champignons
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 100 g Sour cream
- 0,25 Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable broth
- Dried garden herbs
- Mie noodles
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast fillet all around, clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Heat the fat in a pan, fry the meat in it, add the mushrooms and stir well. Add the garlic and onion and fry until translucent, pour the milk, add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- Now stir in the sour cream and add the herbs and simmer for 5 minutes over a very low heat.
- During this time, cook the Mie noodles in salted water. Cut the meat into slices.
- Now serve pasta with chicken and mushroom sauce. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
