Pasta with paprika and ham sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 3 bell peppers, color of your choice
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 50 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml vegetable stock

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the pasta as usual according to the package instructions and drain. In the meantime, clean and wash the bell peppers, quarter them, and slice them into strips. Heat a little oil in a pan. Brown the ham cubes. Add the bell pepper strips and cook for about 2 minutes. Now add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Pour in the stock and cream and simmer for about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
