Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g plum(s)
  • 1 kg pasta
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the pasta until soft, rinse, and keep warm. Wash the plums, cut them in half, pit them, and boil them with water and sugar. After cooking, season with cinnamon and serve with sour cream on top of the pasta.
