Pasta with prawns, feta and olives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, wide
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 slice(s) ginger root
  • 2 packs of shrimp (party)
  • some chili pepper(s), fresh, or chili flakes
  • 4 shots of white wine
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp red pesto
  • 100 g green olives with pepper filling
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • some oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onion, garlic clove, and ginger and sauté in a non-stick pan until translucent. Drain the prawns, add them, and fry. Add the chili or chili flakes and deglaze everything with the white wine, then let it thicken. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan with the red pesto, and let it thicken again. Halve the olives and dice the feta cheese, add everything to the rest, and wait until the cheese has melted slightly. Season everything with oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix the sauce with the pasta.
