Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the frozen creamed spinach with a little water in a pot and bring to a simmer. In the meantime, halve or quarter the tomatoes (depending on your preference) and dice the feta. When the spinach is simmering, add the cream, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and stir well. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for another minute. Turn off the heat (but leave the pot on) and add the feta. If you like, leave it on the heat for a while until the feta melts a little. If you like the cheese in chunks, remove the pot from the heat a little earlier and serve.
