Pasta with sausages, corn and cucumber

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of sausages, approx. 200g
  • 1 can of corn
  • ¾ cucumber(s)
  • butter
  • 350 g pasta, preferably croissants or spirali
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • n. B. cheese, (grated cheese)
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Not a gourmet recipe, but simple and delicious!

Chop the sausages and cucumber into small pieces. Cook the pasta in salted water, adding about 3 tablespoons of vegetable stock. When the pasta water is boiling, add butter to a pan and heat briefly. Add the sausages and fry briefly (about 3 minutes). Add the corn and fry for the same amount of time. Finally, fry the cucumber for 1 minute. Mix with the pasta. Grated cheese is very important; sprinkle it on top if desired. We find the flavor of the vegetable stock and cheese in the dish enough, but some people probably prefer the sausages and other ingredients to be seasoned with extra salt and pepper.
