Apple sour cream with grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 150 g grapes, seedless
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • mint for garnishing
  • powdered sugar for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Peel, quarter, core, and dice the apples. Place them in a saucepan with the lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Depending on your taste, leave the apple pieces whole or mash the compote with a masher. Season with sugar and cinnamon and let cool. Wash and halve the grapes. Mix the sour cream with yogurt and vanilla sugar. Layer the sour cream and compote in dessert glasses or bowls. Arrange the grapes on top and garnish with mint and powdered sugar.
