Pasta with Savory Sauce

The perfect pasta with savory sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 g Pasta
  • 1 Pc. Wirz – small
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2,5 dl Milk water – half milk, half water
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Le Gruyère
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, cut the leaves of the cabbage into strips. Chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic in a frying pan in oil until translucent.
  4. Add the wheat and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  5. Deglaze with milk water. Bring to the boil, add the stock, season with salt and pepper and simmer over a medium heat for a few minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, drain and add to the savory sauce.
  7. Season with nutmeg. Stir in the cheese.
