Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g ribbon pasta, narrow, or penne
- 4 shrimp skewers
- 1 pack of herb butter
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Melt the herb butter in a pan and brown the skewers in it. (They don’t have to be skewers, but they look nicer.) Deglaze with cream and simmer until the pasta is tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic. This goes best with fresh baguette bread.
