Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream), stracciatella
  • 300 ml milk
  • 500 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • some vanilla
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 1 jar morello cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Super airy – delicious dessert that doesn’t go so far on your hips

First, remove the chocolate chips from the paradise cream powder by sifting it. Prepare according to the package instructions using 300 ml of milk. Next, fold the paradise cream with a little vanilla into the yogurt. Grate or chop the chocolate and let the cherries drain well. Layer the cream, cherries, and chocolate alternately in glasses or a large bowl. It sounds unspectacular, but it’s really impressive.
