Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steak(s), as desired
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 large garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tbsp marjoram, freshly chopped
- 1 tbsp tarragon, freshly chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano, freshly chopped
- n. B. herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 27 minutes
Wash the steaks and pat dry. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press. Wash the herbs, pat dry, pluck them or strip them against the grain, and chop them. Combine all the ingredients, from the oil to the herbs, in a large bowl and mix. Add the meat and let it marinate for a few hours or overnight. Turn it over once to ensure the herbs and spices are evenly distributed. Grill the meat and add salt after grilling.
