Pasta with Spicy Curry Mushrooms
The perfect pasta with spicy curry mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Spaghettini (here: From Barilla!)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 150 g Small mushrooms
- 1 Onion approx. 50 g
- 1 piece Ginger approx. 10 g
- 0,5 Red chilli pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Cooking cream (here: From HANSANO!)
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- Cook the spaghettini in salted water (1 teaspoon of salt) according to the instructions on the package, drain through a sieve and toss in a hot saucepan with butter (1 tbsp). Clean / brush and quarter the mushrooms or halve the smaller ones. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Roughly hook the walnuts. In a pan with butter (2 tbsp), fry the onion cubes with the ginger cubes and chilli pepper cubes, add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze / pour in the cooking cream (100 g / ½ cup). Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and mild curry powder (1 teaspoon). Let everything simmer for a few minutes. Fold in the prepared spaghettini and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Serve the pasta with spicy curry mushrooms garnished with parsley.
