Fried Cheese Bread with Dip

The perfect fried cheese bread with dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Discs Loaf
  • Butter
  • 8 Discs Cheese
  • Herb butter
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, pepper, fondor
  1. Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread, cover 4 of them with cheese and fold together.
  2. Brush the outside of the bread with herb butter. Fry in a pan (without butter or oil) until golden brown on both sides.
  3. For the dip: Mix the crème fraiche, salt, pepper and fondor together.
  4. Bread and cheese can be chosen according to taste.
