Fried Cheese Bread with Dip

- 8 Discs Loaf
- Butter
- 8 Discs Cheese
- Herb butter
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt, pepper, fondor
- Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread, cover 4 of them with cheese and fold together.
- Brush the outside of the bread with herb butter. Fry in a pan (without butter or oil) until golden brown on both sides.
- For the dip: Mix the crème fraiche, salt, pepper and fondor together.
- Bread and cheese can be chosen according to taste.
