Pasta with spinach and ham sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 450 g leaf spinach (frozen, without cream or young fresh)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 200 g pasta (preferably large shell or croissant pasta)
  • 200 g cottage cheese or cream cheese
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve. Peel and dice onions. Cut cooked ham into strips. Wash and slice tomatoes. Heat olive oil and sauté the onions. Add cooked ham and tomatoes and fry briefly. Add the spinach leaves and let thaw. Add cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the pasta. Arrange everything on plates and serve immediately.
