Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 pack of creamed spinach, frozen, approx. 500 g
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some olive oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, clear, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, defrost the creamed spinach in the microwave (or remove it from the freezer well in advance). Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, peel and mince the garlic, drain the oil from the tuna, and add the pasta. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the creamed spinach, cream, and tuna. Add the garlic and season with vegetable stock and spices. Let the whole thing simmer for a bit longer so the garlic flavor can fully develop. Drain the cooked pasta.
