Especially delicious with saffron – also delicious with peas or salmon!

Cook the pasta as usual with a little salt and oil. Meanwhile, briefly fry the shrimp (or salmon) until translucent on the inside. Remove briefly to break them up, then return them to the pan. Add the spinach and, when warm, deglaze with cream and season with saffron, salt, pepper, and a little chili, if desired. Stir in the pasta or pour it over the pasta as a sauce and enjoy. This dish is also delicious with peas (1 can) instead of spinach.
