Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of rice
- 3 slices of Leberkäse
- 150 ml milk or cream
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and pepper
- vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the rice. Meanwhile, cut the Leberkäse (meatloaf) into bite-sized cubes. Dice the bell peppers. Fry the Leberkäse (meatloaf) until golden brown. When the rice is ready, add it to the saucepan, add the Leberkäse (meatloaf), bell peppers, and milk, and simmer until the milk has almost evaporated.
